This report was prepared by ECIAfrica as commissioned by Finmark Trust. It is an independent report and may not, in all aspects, represent the views of the Financial Services Board (FSB). The Consumer Education Department has been actively engaged in promoting the education of consumers in communities as well as the integration of financial literacy into the formal education system since its inception in 2001. The FSB has been, and continues to be well supported by all its stakeholders in the development of the strategy document which outlines the Consumer Education Initiative and the consumer education materials as well as preparation for implementation of the broader sub strategies contained in the Consumer Education Initiative. |
