Important notice about venues for satellite sessions

The FSB endeavours to provide information to authorised FSPs and related parties in as many ways as is possible. One of the ways is to use satellite broadcasts. We were able to source one provider, the University of Stellenbosch, who is able to accommodate us. We are thus reliant on the facilities of the service provider. There are 17 venues available across South Africa. The venues have different capacities.

All bookings for FSB satellite workshops MUST be made via the FSB website or Call Centre. No bookings can be made directly with the Stellenbosch University Learning Centre Management.

Tygerberg site:
The FSB broadcast for 24 March will be in Lecture hall number 3, Teaching building , first floor ( not Fisan F334 as previously advertised) The security at the gate will be informed and will direct the people to the correct parking area.

Bookings:
Bookings occur on a first come first served basis. The cancellation system is integrated into the booking system, and as an attendee cancels, the seat becomes available for booking. You can also use the FSB call centre for bookings and cancellations. We urge people to cancel their attendance if they see they are unable to attend a session, as there are other people who would appreciate a chance for a booking.

Slides and answers to questions:
We recognise that the sessions are popular and that the venues in the major centres fill up fast. We will post all slides and documentation used for sessions on the FAIS page of the FSB website, under FAIS Communications – Presentations. We will also post written responses to all questions posed during such a session.

Ordering DVDs of sessions:
A number of organisations are able to assist with the ordering of DVDs. Please note that there are duplication and dispatch costs involved. The organizations will provide you with the information in this regard. For information on the organizations click here
