IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO SAM PORTAL USERS

The Financial Services Board is currently in the process of upgrading our information and communications infrastructure in order to provide you with a faster and more stable experience when accessing our various sites and portals.

As part of this upgrade process, we will be updating the username used to access the SAM Portal.

Currently, your username is in the form of “DIS_DOMAIN\namex”, where “x” was the first letter or two of your surname. With effect from Monday, 14 November 2011 your user name will be “FSB\name.surname”.

E.g.: FSB\Grant.Bushney

The SAM Portal will not be available during this period (from Friday, 11 November to Sunday, 13 November 2011).
